I came home the other day to a padded envelope on my kitchen table. Just picking it up and moving the coffee, I was enveloped with the most delicious aroma! The scent was so strong that it went through not one, but two sealed layers. Of course I had to dig right in. The sleek bag design was easy to read and the minimilist approach to the design was definitely pleasing to the eye. The only thing that surprised me wad that, as a blonde espresso, it was labeled as a medium. I'm not usually anything beyond a light roast girl because I need my caffeine.. I was surprised when I made an iced latte and the taste was simply devine! I handed it to my friend to try and her eyes practically bulged from her sockets. It's official.. I'm in love!

So I normally purchase a bag of small batch, ethically sourced coffee from another company. I love it bc it's been the only coffee that doesn't make my stomach hurt after drinking it (something to do with the acidity if I remember correctly). I decided to give this a try and just wow. So first, upon opening the bag you get a strong, freshly ground beans aroma. The grounds are nice and fine (compared So my other stuff). I made a full pot measuring out about 4T into the filter. The taste was comparable to my higher end brand. Added bonus: My stomach didn't hurt after drinking it! It has been an extremely long time since I've found another company that I can enjoy coffee without the cramps. I'm ready to give some other flavors a try and see if they do the same. I was so ecstatic, I drank two very large coffee mugs of it, decimating about half a pot. If you have sensitivities to coffee, and have a hard time finding something smooth, rich, and won't give you the cramps, definitely give this a try!
